noobie question on turbo banjo bolt on s14 sr

i have this issue with the bottum banjo bolt on my turbo i have put new copper washer on it and i tighten it as much as i can and when i put coolant back in the car it just leaks right out anyone has had this similar issue?

You put a copper washer on both sides of the fitting right...

Block - washer - line - washer - banjo bolt.

if his answer is yes, then he might be looking at a helicoil install.

Which can be done, from my experience I have seen it work just fine. Its just difficult to get it straight with the engine in the car. I didnt do it, I watched a pro do it one time.

yea i have a washer on each side. i also had a friend tell me that it could be that the screw portion on the turbo can be stripped and to retapp it. anyone else?
