The area where the front of the rear subframe was horribly rotted on my car. I cut the whole are out and replaced it with some rectangle tubing of a similar size. I got about 3 feet of it out of the scrap bin at a local metal supply company and cost me very little. Then I got some 3/4" bolts and put them through the new sub frame mount. After the subframe was raised into place (so I knew the exact location the bolts needed to be) everything was welded solid.
The whole in the solid subframe busings was just a hair over 3/4 so there was very minimal play (less than 1/16 of an inch). With the clamping force of the nut on the solid bushings I have absolutely no worries.

If you need the exact diameter, a measuring caliper is about 9 bucks at Home Depot... It reads both standard and metric.
