My 96 ka is overheating after about 20 minutes of driving with brand new stant superstat thermo in.Bled the system numerous times and still overheats. It has a mishimoto radiator and electric single fan that is always on. I took thermo out and it won't reach temp with fan on, unplug fan, radiator gets too hot and starts boiling/steaming.
But the motor stays cool.
No water in oil/white smoke. No compression issues.
Could the fan always being on be effecting the thermo in a negative way?
Any thoughts? It would be greatly appreciated.
