so i recently swapped to manaul and i have a ridicoulous amount of codes now does this make since??

Lazy much. you must still have the auto ecu, because most of those codes are for auto trans malfunctions. Complete the swap with a manual ecu.

So just these:
P0325 NISSAN - Knock Sensor Circuit Malfunction
P0110 NISSAN - Intake Air Temperature Sensor Signal
P01400 NISSAN - Flux Capacitor Signal Missing or Too Low
P1400 NISSAN - EGRC Solenoid Valve
