Starting problems

95 240SX with ka24;
Occasionally when I try to start my car the engine turns over but acts as if it has no spark and or fuel (Just spins) if I turn the key off and try again it will fire right up,this only happens every once in a while but has been happening more frequently lately,any ideas on what could be causing this?

I think it's the ignition switch or the switch that connects that to the starter I forgot what it is called.
Also check your spark plug wires if there is any oil on em cuz oil might have gone through the gasket and wont let it spark as often it happened to me

A mechanic at work said possibly a fuel pump relay ?
