Hey everyone. I've done a lot of searching, my own troubleshooting, and asking around. Looking for more input.
So here's the situation. I just recently rebuilt a kade and threw on an ISIS turbo kit with aeromotive fpr, deatschwerks 550cc injectors, walbro, RS enthalpy tune, running an RS3871 turbo.
After working out the initial kinks I'm left with one more fuel issue. After driving for a little while the car will stall out. No throttle, no response, just stalls. I know it is because I am getting too much fuel. After it happens and you try to start it, it will crank and crank but wont start. If i pull the fuel pump fuse, it starts right up and when it dies i plug the fuse back in, car starts right up and drives beautifully until it happens again 10-20minutes later.
Things I've done:
pulled fuel rail and checked injectors for improper installation/bad o-rings.
changed temperature sensor
installed thermostat(car never really got to temp)
changed maf
checked fuel lines for leaks
changed plugs and wires
I'm sort of stumped. I have my IAC/EGR stuff deleted and im running an Automatic throttle body with auto TPS(maybe thats an issue?). Also still running stock fuel filter.
Why am I getting so much fuel and how to stop it?
Basically just asking for any help from someones who's experienced this before.
Any input/help is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
