I am in the process of putting my ka24det together. when i was installing the ID injectors, i bolted the fuel rail down with the spacers and there is a gap between the injector tips and rubber grommets on the intake manifold.
Has anyone else had this problem? If so, how did you fix it?

Do you have better pics of where the fuel rail mounts to the manifold? I can't really tell from the pics you provided but usually there are two L shaped brackets the attach the fuel rail to the mani. In that case you could just make custom L brackets. If it is one piece either sand it down or get a new fuel rail. There is a guy making his own and selling them for 60 bucks at ka-t.org

Hmm see those holes on the side of the fuel rail? Those are the ones the L shaped brackets mount up to. Perhaps you need to turn the fuel rail around. Really need better pics to say tho.
