sr20 will not idle

got a new harness from wiring specialties, hooked it all up. triple checked everything, but for whatever reason my car will not idle. motor came directly out of a coupe and went directly into my hatch. i have vacuum according to my gauge, theres no leaks in the vacuum system. i am showing .5 bar of boost. which is weird because i used to be running 12.5 psi, just under 1 bar

car wont idle its a struggle to keep idling , it bucks when driving. it feels really sluggish, like it has no power.

im not sure what it could be at this point
