rb25 after revving dies

alright guys i have a rb25 s2 did the isis intake manifold with q45 throttle body i used my s2 tps because it is identical to the one that came with the throttle body. it is all stripped down no coolant lines and the butterfly removed. i have no iac and no air regulator also. ok now to my problem idles fine no problems i let it warm up wideband says about 14's at idle then after i rev about quarter throttle or halfway when it revs down it runs rich down to 10's according to my wideband bogs and dies. i turn it back on and it idles perfect i set the tps to .4v-.5v. this is all done in neutral no loads at all no boost leaks at all. any ideas what im missing here?

Hey, im extreamly late on this thread and I apologize. But did you ever happen to find the issue causing your problem? Just a matter off needing to adjust the iac to allow more air in under the rich circumstances, or was it in need of a tune, vacuum leak etc etc.
