don't buy an sr. Do what you want to do. if you want to build a KA.. do it. if you want to push low boost on an unbuilt KA, do it. but keep the boost low, like i'd guess 5-7psi. maybe 10psi max on a small turbo like a dsm t25 or GT17

I suggest making your way over to KA-T.org. You'll find more than enough information over there for your needs.

Buy off-brand everything except gaskets, turbo, oil lines, and pumps. Ebay manifolds and intercoolers are fine. Start off with a small build like a t-25 on stock boost and the stock KA will hold just fine with a proper tune. JWT is a good cheap way to go. Their tunes are very conservative so you will be safe. But really go to KA-T.org for all the rest of your questions.

Search a lot and establish of what do you want, like how many horsepower, for what do you want it (street, drift, etc) then decide what to do and buy. If you want to swap or build it, but remember that it's best to do things right at the first time then doing it twice. Don't buy cheap non brand parts, buy good quality parts.

I'm using DSM ECU and last time it did 404whp @22psi with 10.8 A/F ratio. It has a lot of features like 2-step, data log, anti-lag, etc. It runs perfect and it's currently controlling 1000cc injectors.

Why are you saying this garbage? You admitted in the other thread you don't know much about 240s.
