Ka24det high idle every time i start it up

Basically my ka idles high 2k then slowly goes down to 950rpms it takes about 10 min to bog back down to regular idle EVERY STARTUP WARM OR COLD i can turn it off and turn it on right after i turned it off and it still does the 2k idle for 10 min its getting anoying i need help onto what this can be:mad:

How can i test/check the iacv

check if the gasket is good or replace it since ur there clean it look for cracks signs of any leaks or vaccum leak

Cant be a vacum or gasket leak, only on startups if it we're a leak it would be 24/7 high idle i only have it everytime i crank the motor for 10 minutes

it could be leaking it all depends in the temoperature it could be a possible boost leak

well if your saying it does it for only 10 mins then maybe its just getting warmed up, i had 2 sr's that did it and my ka-t did it some what, 1,500 jump to 900
