Starting issue

hello everybody, i have not been able to start my car. at first i thought it was the starter, so i got a new starter, still nothing. i even bump started it and then turn the key to make sure the starter was working.
then i thought it was a connection so i got a voltmeter and it read 12v all the way to the start, so i thought it was the relay of the start. it wasn't.
then i noticed my apex commander is reading 10.1 v when the battery is at 12v. could this be ecu issues? i even got a new battery and FC Commander read 10 v +- 1.2v. what can it be. i am getting a lil mad. and aggravated any information will help. thank you.

Whats the voltage reading when you're cranking the car? If it gets down to 9v while you're cranking it, it wont start. Is it atleast trying to crank/start?

i was say 7. but i just dont understand why the apexi FC comander says 10v whens volt meter reads 12v.
and i just tried agian and head lights didnt dim or anything so i think its the ignition switch??

Try starting it while you're jumping the battery. Sounds like your battery is dead. If it starts after jumping it, take the battery to autozone and have them test it.

is there a way you can try another PFC or Stock ECU, or does your car have too many upgrades to use a stock ECU? make sure battery connections are tight and make sure the alternator plug is in all the way and the alternator ground on the alternator itself, (i believe a size 8 or 10) is on tight. Also just in case, make sure your getting fuel, but be careful, cranking and cranking the engine without it starting could flood your engine due to it not turning over and burning the fuel, thats if it even cranks.

i was also thinking it might be the ecu. and i dont really have another means of trying another PFC or ecu. but i am really hoping it isnt the ecu. i re check everything tomorrow. and get back to you
