Based on specs provided and not based on actual experience, this bar is a bit thicker than stock fronts. ABS/SE models had 25mm, while base models had 24mm. This Megan sway bar is 28mm and I'm not 100% but I think Megan bars are solid as opposed to OEM's hollow construction.
There will be added stiffness and adjustability when using these bars when compared to stock. Depending on how you intend to use the car, these will be a slight upgrade from stock.
However, if you're going to upgrade sway bars, I would definitely go with Sikky, Nismo, Cusco, Whiteline OR Progress sway bars. I believe Sikky, SPL Cusco, Whiteline, and Progress sway bars are all adjustable. SPL provides heim joints which can be beneficial if this car is used for the track only. Nismo is 30mm. I would never purchase Megan parts due to their hit and miss nature.
I wouldn't call them garbage but I think for the money or with the intent of saving more (for better), you can purchase something better.

It is a bar. And it is not that cheap. Did you just reply because you saw "megan" in the title ?
It just is a copy of the whiteline bars, same diameters, same adjustability front and rear.
Contemplating getting one but for that kind of money i'd get a progress bar.
Edit: there is a typo on that ad, you dont get it for that price. I saw that one too. Check the other bars from the store and you will see.
