Don't flame me but I did do a search on this and didn't find anything.

I'm helping my son rebuild his S14 SR20 and don't see how to remove the crank pulley. The pulley thats on this motor has sections for 3 seperate ribbed belts.

I have a downloaded S14 service manual and it shows using a standard balancer removal tool with 2 bolts to jack it off but, there are no holes in the balancer for jack bolts. I am a little apprehensive about using a claw type puller on this and damaging the pulley.

Am I missing something obvious?

Thanks.

Remove the large bolt in the center, get a puller, pull pulley off... You can probably pull it off with your hands to be honest.

Thanks, came right off with a claw type puller. Never had a crank pulley come off that easy.
