Long story short.
1989 240 coupe with a sr20 swapped by zfevor or Florida btw they ripped me off
I drove the car 24 hours before it blew up

The sr20 died out went from bearly idling at a light to dying out then I checked the temp and it spiked up I pulled over shut it off checked the coolant a little bit low no big deal. I towed it back to them said Wtf is this they said oh you threw, rod give us 3500$ and we will start working on it for you I said fuck off towed the car home and started tearing it down turns out the intake cam walked so I got new head new cams put new head gasket on it because it looked bran new I replaced ecu harness ignitor cas plugs I have the timing perfect cas timed dead on but the car wants to start but it dont.
There was no rod thrown the car fuel locked same time the cam walked.

So if I have timing perfect
I have spark
The cas fires each injector the harness is wiring in right I turns over gos blubabuaahaaaa.... Then it cranks over like it's flooded idk what the hell is going on clues?

Sounds like a thrown rod.

Are you positive your cas timing is correct.

Did you happen to clean the plugs after the first start up try?

This thing will stumped every SR20 guy because of lack of info from you. There's still like a billion things you could check. I'd start with making sure the mechanical timing is good. Then CAS timing. If those are good, I'd do a compression check just to make sure the engine isnt shit.

Remember, all you need is fuel, compression and spark, thats assuming the timing is good.

Try to use a proper grammar, can barely understand what ur sayin.

Flip is right; compression, fuel, and spark is all u need.

I bet ur mechanical timing is still off. Count ur chain links and make sure all the marks are aligned properly. Picture of ur cam gears would help

if you milled the head remember stock timing marks will be wrong timing just incase you overlooked.

No it wont. milling doesn't remove inches... only Thousandths of an Inch
