Last night I tired removing my clutch fan to install my efans and wouldn't come off. It's stuck on there pretty good
I know it's 4 bolts on the water pump pulley. Those are off..unless there's more to it..?

that's all there is to it. might try some penetrating lubrication and let it sit.. or try tightening them a tad then loosening them.. or try some heat.

i used a flat long blade and wedge it between the pully and the fan all the way around, dont use a screw driver just digs up the pully and damages the back surface of the fan, its rusted in the centre, there is a small hole in the inside stem of the clutch fan that gives direct access to the rusted area, spray some penetrating fluid in there be patient but it will come out dont try too hard to bend anything a little patience and it will wiggle out............mike

Just dont hit it too hard. Remember, its attached to the water pump. Last thing you wanna do is whack it so hard that you break the water pump bearings too.

I had to use a pry bar and hamer it in, I opened a good size gap to be able to pry it out. And bamm! Busted radiator lol
It was a supper tiny hole. Had some radiator sealer and fixed it. For now at least

Leave the clutch fan on. E-fans are gay. Unless you have. V-mount
