Oh God, what did I just find in my oil pickup?!

Stock s13 KA24de. Car was running fine up until this point and had no reason to believe anything was wrong. Took off the oil pan and found these two pieces inside the pickup.

So, what are these from and how bad is this?

one on right looks like a freeze plug to me...dunno how it would end up in the oil pan though

Hmmm, that's a possibility.

Size-wise it was maybe a 3/8" (10mm)
