I have done a z32 upgrade for my s13 sr20det redtop and i cant figure out how to install this for it its the last thing i need to install to get my car up and running again could anyone please help me out with it.

ps i already searched here and google but could not find any insite as to what wires to hook up to it so far i know that theres 6 wires on the super afr

red one goes to the 12v ignition power source i believe is pinout 36 on the ecu IGN power witch is red and black

black wire goes to the ecu ground witch i believe is pin 48 ECCS ground.?

yellow wire goes to air flow signal wire witch is pin 16 MAFS signal output.?

white wire goes to air flow signal wire input i have no idea where that goes to or what pin it is on the ecu

brown wire goes to the RPM signal wire i have no idea as to what that is on the ecu pin out

orange wire goes to the TPS signal wire witch i believe is pin 20 on the ecu TPS input white

could anyone help me check to see if any of the above is correct.? any input would be very appreciated i just want to drive my car.

Throw it in the trash and get a real tune. Otherwise, youre going to be replacing more than your MAF...

i did and in order to instal a N62 maf you need some kind of piggy back or safc

No, obviously you didnt. You're in need of a real tune. Piggy backs are a bandaid at most. You'll blow your motor and be back here wondering what happened. Do it once, do it right the first time and save yourself the headache, trouble and money.

Your not a idiot or anything. "idc if I blow my shit up" buy a sohc KA maf and drive the car stock a Z32 maf is pointless unless your 300+.

also it seems like the wire colors are like apexi safc, look it up they may be the same color/functions. the yellow and white goes on the same wire

ex.

pin 16 get cut,
yellow wire goes to the wire going into the engine bay,
white goes to the other half going to the ecu.

so this way it recives signal then changes it then to ecu.

just make sure the wire are the right one u dont want it backwards

It would have been better to check before buying, but yes. Bin it up, because you need to adjust timing too as you are not running stock power, and these things dont allow it.

Anyway unless you have a wideband AFR sensor and gauge, you wont be able to use it, and its another 250$ spending.

Sell it, bring your car to a tuner, get it tuned, job done. What you are looking for is just a stage 1 tune adapted to a Z32 maf (adapting the Z32 maf takes ... around 15 seconds, every tuner has the VE map that fits and knows how to swap it)

So it's basically pointless to try and hook up the hks afr.? How much would a normal tune cost.?
