I'm about to buy a Tial MV-S for my SR setup on my S13. I noticed on Tials page it says the MVS and MVR have watercooling capabilites, though not needed unless road racing(which I intend to get back into) or have low/no airflow in the engine bay. Just curious if anyone knows anything about this feature? Has anyone actually ran water lines to their wastegate? If so, where did you plumb the lines to-from?
I'm just being curious, since this is a concept I never even imagined.

I would plumb into the turbo feed/return lines. I wouldd imagine just a T into the feed/return would suffice.

with a s13 blacktop i installed a s14 waterneck for the turbo and tee ed that line for the wastegate water; i used the water feed behind the block for the return.

You mean you used the feed as your feed and the S14 water neck for your return...

seems like it would be relatively easy to fab up, but I'm lazy. And I dont see it being needed for ~25minutes of track time and 1hr+ of cool down. If I were going to be doing endurance or back to back to back heats, i might think about doing it. We shall see. Maybe I'll get bored over winter and decide to do something with it.

It really only makes the diaphragm last longer. But seeing as they are completely rebuild able and the diaphragm is only 50$ I think I'd save myself the headache.
