I have look through the search and have had no luck, just looking for answers / thoughts..... or if anyone is running something similar...thanks in advance
I have a built S14 SR (96)
bored .20 over
CP pistons 86.5mm 9:1
Eagle rods
ARP head and main studs
ACL bearings
Cosworth head gasket
BC 272 cams
BC springs and retainers
Supertech valves 1mm over
Supertech valve guides
slight port and polish
3 angle valve job
Tomei solid lifters
HKS adj. cam gears
rocker arm stopper
JGY intake
JGY fuel rail
ID 1000 injectors
Aeromotive 340 fuel pump /and reg.
Precision SC6262 .63 a/r
Precision intercooler
Peak Boost top mount
TiAL wastegate
im probably forgetting, but I was wondering what kind of hp I could push this to safely right now its at 386hp @ 12psi..I was thinking of going to 550 - 575hp..would this be safe without sleeving the block?

yup
the proper tune w a standalone...
by a decent tuner..will be well worth it

86.5mm isnt that bad, you shouldnt need to re-sleeve it until you go over 87mm.

So I should be ok pushing it to 550-575hp with out sleeves?

Should be fine with a great tune. That's probably the most important part.

Sounds like a good build! will easily handle your 386 goals, Good tuning and your good to go with your 500++ and fuel

right now its making the 386hp @ 12psi.....I was thinking 400 - 450hp on 93 octane and then 550 - 575hp on 116 - 118 octane

actually got to drive the car yesterday around 400hp, and I must say if feels pretty good, didnt beat on it to much being that they are still tuning

If you ever have the block sleeved make sure the block is pressure tested at room temperature and operating temperature to ensure the sleeves are sealed properly. I had my motor sleeved only to find coolant getting into my oil. They leaked when the engine was warmed up and I ended up having to buy a new engine. Since the block is aluminum and sleeves are ductile iron they expand at different rates because you're dealing with different materials. Just check it to avoid issues after time and money have been spent in assembling the engine.
