dented oil pan

just found out I have a big dent on my s14 ka24de oil pan. how urgent is it to replace it? so far it seems like it running fine and the oil light hasn't come on. what should I be looking for?

if your worried about it, replace it... there cheap...

The oil pickup is not as close as it is in the sr20 pans, but I would either bang the dent out or replace whenever possible...
