300ZX Project, trade 240SX even or +cash

SR20 or KA, looking for a nice 240 to trade for my 90 300ZX Twin Turbo. She has bad rings in cyl 2 and probobly needs a rebuild or a replace. Your probobly looking at 1600 for a motor for this car with everything you need, and if you can do it your self, you can have your self a very nice Z cheap. All the other cyl came with 155-160 compression. Looking to trade for a 240 (decent condition one). Depending on condition, with or without cash. I am not looking for much for the Z, the body and interior are MINT. I have put alot of money in this car and now just want something I can afford.
