anything on how to wire the q45 tb into s15 sr20det harness. there are two plugs on q45 TB PLZ HELP

You only use the connector with the wires.
It doesn't click right in?
You can double check to see if you need to rewire anything by checking out the Q45 FSM and the 240sx FSM.

Thanks Razi. And no it doesnt plug right in to the SRS15 Harness, life would be cake then. : )

I am certain its not hard but the issue is that there are two plugs on the q45 tps do i wire in one to the other and then to my SR Harness.
Has anyone completed this ?

You should only need to use the one with the wires attached to it.
You could make a conversion harness by cutting a male Q45 TPS harness and joining it with a female plug that matches with the S15 TPS plug.
You can see here, the small black plug isn't used:
