Hey Guys,
So over the winter we installed a new Intake manifold on my car and lost the bleeder screw on it obviously. So we started my car the other night and it's overheating , its running around 180-190 at idle, when driving around 80-90km it goes like 190 then when I hit highway at 110-120km it goes 210-220 with the heat cranked.
Just wondering if someone can help me by telling me the easiest way to do a full Coolant flush, plus filling it without getting air into the system, I've heard people doing it "backwards" can someone explain?
Also I've heard. Take the thermostat out, run a hose through its hole into the engine then remove the bottom rad hose and allow it to flush that way until the water is clear?
any help to help me to get this from overheating would be awesome
also I'm running straight water now but I have Amsoil Dominator Coolant Booster(water wetter) to add.
