After doing some major cleaning on my engine and engine for a swap I completed, i found my A/C compressor is slightly leaking between the halves. It's 17 years old, so it's expected to eventually go. Is there a rebuild kit available for the A/C compressor on the KA24DE, or should I put up the $380 bucks for a remanufactured unit?
Any other suggestions?
You can get a re-manufactured compressor on ebay for around $140.

Check this out. Just found this. Hopefully this helps. How To: Rebuild your A/C compressor. Just in time for summer too. : 240sx General Discussion (http://forums.nicoclub.com/how-to-rebuild-your-a-c-compressor-just-in-time-for-summer-too-t267157.html)
Here is a post online that I found. It isn't for a 240sx's compressor but the more info the better. http://www.pelicanparts.com/techarticles/911_Nippondenso_rebuild/911_Nippondenso_rebuild.htm
