Email notification of private messages

Mine doesn't seem to be working. I missed a bunch of important ones concerning sales. Is anyone else having this problem?

Make sure you only have one or the other selected, like Email notification or Popup Notification. See if that works.

I only had email notification set. I set it to pop-up so I'm sure I'll see those.
