Transmission Oil is 75W-90 GL-4 ONLY gear oil. I use Redline myself.

Drain Plug is located on bottom of transmission, is a half-inch drive bolt (like a breaker bar, or torque wrench with a 1/2" drive), and the filler plug is located on the side of the transmission, same type of thing.

Don't know anything about the automagic transmissions. I'd recommend downloading a Factory Service Manual for your year and reading up on the MA (Maintenance), and MT(Manual Transmission)/AT(Automatic Transmission) sections... Or Googling it...

I use AMSOIL. Best stuff out there. BTW if your fluid has never been changed, you WILL need a breaker bar. Even then I almost twisted the whole transmission up out of the car lol.

Again... Automatic or Manual.

Auto's use ATF, Manuals use 75W-90 API GL-4,; refer to your owners/factory Service Manual for more information.

Though I think the filler is on the side of the transmission. I used a harbor freight fluid-transfer pump (about $4), the recommended fluid and a 1/2" drive torque wrench/breaker bar to change mine.
