s13 sr20 won't run

I have a freshly rebuilt redtop sr20det swapped in my car. It has a wiring specialties premade harness. It was just put back in the car. It runs great until it is up to operating temperature. It spits and sputters and just doesn't want to go anywhere. The MAF and TPS sensors have been checked, new plugs, coil packs, timing checked, and more. What does it sound like could be the problem? I've checked almost everything I can think of. Any help is greatly appreciated

check CTS? sounds like it could be faulty if it starts to go haywire at operating temp

i think the s14 sr20det fsm might have info on how to check it.
The part is cheap i just threw a new one in mine.. to be sure.
