swap injectors around first to see if its the harness thats bad or injector is clogged.
If none of the other injectors work on that clip, that means there is a short somewhere. try tracing the wires from that clip, back to the PCM. If you have a volt meter, try doing a continuity test to make sure there is no breaks in the wire.

If you can, swap ecu's first before all the other work.

I had an ecu that was like that and only 2 of the cylinders worked.

The first thing you should do is make sure there is 12v going to the injectors. you don't have to wait for an ecu, and you don't have to swap around injectors, if you wiring isn't long enough. Anyway if there is 12v present then it's a ground issue. Short answer, wiring or ecu.

It could be anything, but the mafs is not going to make one injector not fire! Did you do my test or any testing? Power balance? Or are you saying you don't think it's an injector problem. A mafs issue should throw a code. You won't have to guess. Do some testing cause there ain't now way around it!

And so my injectors should be getting 12 volts? Or its a ground issue if they are getting 12 volts

Unless your engine is obdpo, it won't show codes unless it's a major malfunction.
You have to manually pull the codes that get stored, cas, mafs, etc.! Even though there is no check engine light.(all it take is a low voltage from most of the sensors) Every time your engine idles funky pull codes. WOW.

Your injectors should have a constant 12v. All of them all the time. The ecu controls the ground. Your post tend to confuse and bewilder me, if you say all injectors seem to be spryain and ticking you don't have an injector problem.

Take a few hours out of the day and do these test and come back with the answers. The few hours also include looking up what these test are, and how to perform them.
1.Check ecu for codes
2.Power Balance
a.spark
b.fuel
3.check timing /w light
3.read plugs
