cant see me avatar

I cant see my avatar sometimes. When I first post, it shows, but when I got back to that thread it wont load. When I click it, it shows in my profile...

Should I re-upload it?

i can see it. I think it's a vb3 issue.. sometimes i can't see anyone's avatar, including mine. A refresh usually fixes it.
