So i got a sr20det running 8psi of boost. But while cruising if i start to get up in a higher gear from 2k ill hit fuel cut.
but i get rid by letting off throttle to let boost out, then itll go.
could it be that my bov is too tight and makes it hit fuel cut?
the bov is as soft as it goes too

That's a malfunction not really a fuel cut, so something is wrong and I don't think your BOV being to tight is the problem. And if you come back and say the BOV was the problem??!! Remember some people run without a bov at all.

Just wondering what it can be though. Cause if i let out the boost i build before the spool rpms, then its fine.

post a video it could be just breaking up. What sound does it makes, brap brap brap?
have a look at the plugs, what does the wide band say when it happens?

define "breaking up"
kinda sounds likes its bogging like if sparks plugs were bad
air/fuel is kinda rich due to weather

That's about it, I wouldn't call that a fuel cut, but for bogging I do have a different sound and feel associated for that. It goes Blaaaaaaaaaaw, Blaaaaaaaaaaw usually you'll feel like your towing something or driving through marshmallows. Or you just can't get off the line! ;)
