sr20det turbo wont spin? Help!!!!!

recently bought a sr20det and i cannot spin the turbo by hand it doesn't even budge. Does that mean my turbo is gone or is the dirt or something stuck it because the motor has been sitting outside when i bought it. and yes I know I should have check this before I bought it but i forgot.

I heard that since the turbo has been so long that the oil clogs it up and that you have warm up the engine and it will loosen up the oil.

Dude tell extreme jdm that you got a bad turbo they should replace it for you.
