it finally fired up, but it was an extremely slow and sluggish start for a couple minutes. sounds like a vac leak but where do i start searching for one and how can i tell? would it also have to do with when i shift in first there are times when the car starts to violently buck back and forth like somebody is learning how to drive stick again so i quickly throw it into second to get rid of the shaking. reverse chatters as well.
help please, my first silvia s13

Can I ask the purpose of removing the Silvia front just to install it again? Didn't disconnect any grounds did you? Check your grounds

no i didnt mess with any grounds, could have just been chance that it fired up after that. it fires up but its a very very slow start, and the whole car is shaking till it evens out after 5 minutes. a check engine light just turned on...could it be my water temp sensor? (the red plug)

wow do you really need someone to hold your hand every step of the way? Seems like you either think we are your mommy and are going to research it for you.. temp sensor can be found anywhere....sad
