got a few questions

so im looking at an RB20det vert, and i had a few questions about the motor.

first, the guy says it has an idle bounce problem when it gets hot. says the idle wont hold, and it has stalled on him. what could cause this?

also, what are the short comings of the rb20 motor? he says it has an RB25 turbo, i dont know what kind of increase in power that brings to the table. over all it seems like a pretty stable car, minus the idle problem.

any help is greatly appreciated.
