First off, hey guys! I'm new to the 240 game coming from the DSM crowd. Now, I recently traded a 79 280zx for a 93 240sx that came with a KA and a turbo kit. I was laying everything out and noticed a problem and was wondering what solutions you guys have come up with. The manifold is a topmount manifold and when I go to lay the turbo on it it hit's the master cylinder. If I spin it around the hits the head. So how do I get around this problem? A spacer or should I look for a bottom mount manifold... or am I being stupid and not seeing an obvious fix :P Thanks for your time!

Don't really have any at the moment. I'll try and get some. But does anyone have an answer in the meantime?

I heard that changing to the 300zx Master cyl and brake booster will help out since it is smaller, is this true?

It's called you have a poorly made manifold that will probably crack anyway.
Get a different manifold.
Problem solved.

Yeah I kinda figured that was the fix. How do 16G's play with KA's? They get along as well as them and DSM's?

SR's and KA's both tend to light turbos faster than the dsm 4G63. So the 16g is a little small.
