N/A vs. turbo head

I searched already didn't find anything. What are the differences if any between an N/A and a turbo head? Combustion chamber sizes, valves, springs etc? Anything special need to be done to put an N/A head on a turbo block?

RWD N/A sr's run more aggressive stock cams and that's about it. There's also the lack of holes in the valve cover for the coilpack cover. :lol:
