white smoke and hesitation after rebuild

just finished rebuilding my sr20 and it has a fresh H.G it starts up and idles fine but after putting gas in it i started it up and tons of white smke came out and on the drive home there was a lot of hesitation. any ideas?

upon further inspection the smoke out of the exhaust is blue and there is oil residue in the exhaust tip and some of my vacuum tubes are clear and there is a little bit of coolent in the tubes!?! please help!!!
