Your safc may of went bad, try unplugging it to see if that makes a difference. Your pump is priming but is your fuel filter clogged?(check for wet plugs also.) check all your intercooler couplers as well. Unfortunately rb engines are a pain so I'd check the ignitor and cas to be sure.

Im pretty sure fuel its gettin to the fuel rail cause i removed the hose that comes from the fuel filter to fuel rail and was shooting fuel when i turn key to on position.
Also theres a weird
Noise on the egi relay when i try to start the car

Btw i put somegason the air filter and the car starts for few seconds

well if your getting only 1v on the fuel injectors, then you need trace that system to find out why

Sounds like bad wiring, id pull the harness and inspect it.

check the safc harness to make sure the maf signal in/out connection isnt loose

I tried disconnecting the safc and still wont turn on

you cant just disconnect it, you have to wire it back to stock as well as installing the stock Fuel Inj and MAFS

Problem solved. One of the wires from the chassis harness wasnt getting 12v
