Replacing SR20DET starter solenoid-Any USDM part that will work?

People who have had issues with their S13 SR20DET starter or who knows of one in particular with the solenoid, please chime in!

Is it separate from the starter? Different than s14 sr20det starter?? If its the same thing just bring it to a place that rebuilds starters. My starter crapped out on me a week into my swap and I thought I was screwed. Just brought it to a place that does rebuilds and its been fine for 5 years.
