Car won't rev past three grand.
But before this problem it ran fine. I put my stock ecu in and it still has the same problem.
Any ideas?

yes im with the other guys...i had this problem once before. easy fix, either bad connection or bad maf. also i ran my ground straight to my battery so i wouldnt have a problem.

have you swapped it out with a different one yet?

when you attempt to rev the engine, does the RPM needle bounce at 3k or just stay stuck there?

i've had something like this happen on one of my other cars (not a Nissan) & it turned out to be TDC/CKP Signal Interruption. since CKP & TDC are both in the distributor, it could have possibly gone bad.

The rpms bounce between 2.5 3k rpms. I was starting to believe the distributo could be a problem also. But I have not swapped out another maf. Because I can't find any around here

wait to swap out the MAF 1st before changing anything else.

What ecu and maf were you originally running? Going back to stock ecu won't help any if your running larger injectors. You must be.

Had a similar issue... my problem wasn't the maf itself but the maf wiring that led to the ecu.. check to see if any of the pins on your harness or ecu are making contact... my pin forbthe maf was not making contact with the pin on the ecu so it wouldn't get any readings ..
