needs for 250whp

Well I just bought this car with these mods and I want to up it to around 250 whp. I want it to be reliable and cost effective. From what I read I should get a t28 turbo but do I need anything else? * edit* opps forgot motor s13 blacktop SR20det

turn up your t25 to like 13 psi or go t28/z32 maf/550cc for around 280.

I thought 14psi is risky on the stock turbo and injectors?

I'm sure that turbo can boost up to Sky High. If on the budget since its minor adjustments you can prolly get away with

T28 Turbo
S15 440cc Injectors
Maxima N60 MAF
SAFC for fine tuning.

Preferrably just shoot for low 300whp setup and just run less boost.
