Mine's ECU from Ebay?

Hello,

Did anyone had any experience with pretuned Mine's or Tomei ECU's?
I would like only 250-270hp with my sr20det s14 zenki.

My other option is Nistune. But I'm getting very mixed review's on the few tuners I have in my country. So I thinking why pay four times as much if the result would be similar(for my power level!) and by getting Mine's I could sleep at night knowing my engine isn't overexerting it self or overflooding.

All this is posted as a question. help me make up my mind if anyone has experience in this please share, I would be very grateful.

Mods include: full 3" exhaust, greddy small intercooler, Apex'i avcr, uprated HKS turbo actuator, Maxima MAF (if it'll match with the ecu).

P.S. I've serached through and read many forums on this. I'm asking specificaly for my power level and the ECU'us provided by ebay from japan. I am assuming I will find a ecu for my octane level.

With tuned ecu, only the original owner know what the ecu is tuned for. Your engine will blow up or not start if you got the wrong for the ecu.

I thought that the ROM tuned ECU provided by Mine's were quite general with big safety margins.

Something like:
removed speed, fuel limiter; generally tuned for ???cc injectors and "????" MAF

I'm in Japan and i'd considered it but even here they sell quick. Using somewhere where the fuel isnt the same, not sure how safe it would be

Well few times I've searched (that was in a span of of a couple months) I would always find one or two Mine's ECU's for half the price a Nistune board costs.

I'm not from US I'm on the very edge of europe- Lithuania.
In US I would just go with Nistune. But here we half just two tunners and half the people say that a is best and b is shit and the other half just the opposite. Maybe both of them are awesome maybe one of them. I just don't know... It's impossible for me to find out. That's why I'm considering this.
