sr20 no spark

hey so i just installed my sr. everything is good and hooked up except for the inter cooler cooler. im running no bov. the motor cranks really hard but will has not started. i checked for spark and it is not getting any. also while cranking the motor will make a bad screeching noise i believe coming from the intake side. the cas is cranked on the outside and i believe is bad. i have another one that is in working condition.

please let me know if anyone has any answers to what seems wrong. also wtf this noise could b. im thinking maybe blow back but im not sure.

it could be a belt or water pump bearing..
also put new cas..and check if blue/red is getting 12v at coilpack harness

Check your ignitor, check your grounds, and just because your CAS has a crack on the cover doesnt mean its bad. Check your coil pack harness, and also why are you not running a BOV ?

im going to be checking all of that and replacing the cas. the noise its making is really making me nervous though. any help on what it could be.

i say first get your ic so the car can actually turn on, then start swap parts after that, just my .02
