Need help with camshaft sensor

So does anyone know how to reset, a camshaft sensor positioning, because i have a 91 DOHC ka24de and some NOOB touched it before I bought it and now it doesnt start, it cranks but doesnt start, need some help, i dont have a manuel book but if i did would it be any help?

I would re-do the distributor timing. Just search for it you want more details. But it involve setting the engine to it's TDC position and pull the distributor out and back in with the line marks in proper position. GL!

hmm where would I check the ECU for codes,.. is it digitally there ???
