Hello members of zilvia.net. I am a new member and would like to say helllo and ask for a little help!
Currently working on a 93 sr swapped 240 with Mine's ecu tuned for a z32 maf. Car also has t3/t4 top mount, greddy manifolds, greddy fmic, splitfire coils, 370cc injectors, bkr8e plugs, walbro 255 and cp pistons.
On to my issue at hand. Car won't spark. I have power and fuel but no spark. Have checked all grounds and they are all connected.
Car ran and drove a few days ago and now all it does is crank. First thought was ignitor so I swapped it for a rb25 ignitor and that didn't fix the problem. Both checked out ok. Moved on to the next thing that controls spark, CAS. Also, checked out ok. EGI relay was next. Also good. Now I am at a loss. I have searched and searched and have done my homework and can not figure out what the problem is. Also checked for codes on ECU, got a 55:
No failure
- No malfunction related to OBD system is detected by either ECM or A/T control unit.
- No failure
Any help is appreciated! Thanks!
Well figured out that it was shotty grounds in the trunk for the battery relocation and shotty wiring for the signal wires on the CAS. Now runs and blows flames! Time for a tune!
