Hi, i've heard that some 240sx had this out of the factory where the front wheels would not be centered causing one wheel to be deeper in the wheel well. My s13 has the same situation. Is there a way to fix it or alter to where both wheels are spaced aqualy? w/o using spacer only on one side.

Thanks!

You may have a s14 control arm on one side. That would give you an extra 10mm or so. Or you car was in a front end accident and no one told you.

why would you possibly just happen to have an s14 control arm on one side????

maybe some idiot tried to replace and did it with an s14 arm by accident thinking they were the same, but that is so hypothetical

OP, the thing you are talking about, as far as i know, is for the rear on s13's. The rear panels aren't symmetrical in a way that one side will look more flush than the other even though the alignment settings and everything can be the same for both sides

No front end damage, I've heard that s13 owners have noticed the same situation i have. Ill measure the contol arms and see if they're different.

My s13 is like this. I just figured the rear subframe was not centered....

Really? That might explain a little.

i was just browsing on the google about the difference from s14 vs s13 front spindles. anyone has more input for this? i understood that the s14 are bigger, correct me if im wrong. Im talking about 4lug ones only.

Because when I first bought my s13, it too had one s13 and one s14 control arm.

ok, i just noticed that wheel coilover clearance on pass side is 1mm lol, drivers side was about 10mm. also my flca are both s13, i confirmed that by comparing to s14. no can anyone tell me if its the knuckle thats different or hub?

Sounds like you have a slotted lower strut mount, and one side has more camber.

S14 four and five lug spindles are exactly the same, and they're not compatible with S13 ball joints, so I highly doubt that's it.

what do you mean by slotted lower strut mount?

Where your knuckle bolts to the strut, its probably slotted for camber.

what i found is i can pull some camber out off pass side, add positive camber, and that will even out the wheels. wtf.

heres's what i got:

pass side, pay attention to camber plates
