Car running like poo help!!!!

So my 1991 Z32 NA shakes and accelerates like shit while running. 1st cylinder isn't firing, running on 5 CYLINDERS. Igniter replaced. Sparks fairly new - only a few months old. Coil packs all work. Fuel filter, pump replaced. Battery, battery terminals replaced. Thinking it could be coil pack connectors OR injector? Stutters while running. Feeling stressed as hell....
Please help if you have or had the same problem before. PLEASE RESPOND!!!!

Is this motor rebuilt ? Compression numbers? Blue smoke when u accelerate? Check your MAF

not rebuilt motor. no blue smoke. i know first cylinder not working...disconnected the coil connector and car didn't bog...all other cylinders bogged.

also cleaned MAF. So don't think thats it....Also to mention...it was running on 6 a few days ago...it's on and off.

Did you replace the injectors? Is the injector in number 1 cylinder greasy looking if so thats a good indication its going bad

haven't touched the injectors. i assume they are still stock from the factory. and haven't been replaced in the 20 years its been alive. but it doesn't explain if the injector is bad..that it would not cause a spark from the coil connector - coil pack - spark.

everything was fine for a couple months like...feb-aug last year then went to shit after that. doubt it could be grounds or timing. or atleast i hope not...and its only 1 cylinder thats not firing

im gonna go with injector

Early 300zx have a wiring issue from the factory, the injectors always have a 12v signal even when the engine is off, which in turn kills injectors

yeah....first injector is running at 46 ohms and the others are around 20 ohms.....=\
