Reporting posts

Hi all. I just wanted to thank everyone who reports posts, because it's really hard for 8 moderators (I think) to read every one of the 1000's of posts per day.
Just had one comment. If you do, please give a better description. Today I recieved one that said "thread crapping for sale post," and earlier this week "not useful" or something to that effect.
It's really hard to figure out what to look for, and what to do, so please.. if you do report a post (which you should!), give a better description. 2 words don't cut it, nor does cryptic messages.

True that, I also wish there was a way of mods letting other mods know that they took care of a reported post (I cleaned up the 'thread crapping' one I believe) that way we don't have mods wondering what the hell is happening.

Yep yep! I can't even count how many times I've gotten the "Error: Cannot find the specified post or thread" message when another mod cleaned it up.

Why no do some sort of documentation in your secret forum. Make a thread for every reported post, what was wrong and how you handled it.
That would be a more 'real' business approach to it...
