I am trying to find out why my intermittent wiper option isn't working in my S13.
I have a known to be good green box (amp) and switch.
I also looked at all my fuses and none of them are blown.
Are there anything else I should be looking at?
Please Help!

I have the same problem and if you put your wiper on intermitten on the first one noch take a screw driver or some thing like that and tap on the green box it will start to works if its the box if not take the switch apart and clean the contacts...Let me know

i know what u going thru bro, i had the same problem for a yr and ive been trying to figure it out, i have replaced everything, switch, green box, fuses, re reout the wires under the fender, wiper motor the only thing i havent tried yet is the TCU, which i have read that is connected to the intermittent system on the wipers

the wiper switch is probably fried. when you pull back on the wiper switch for the window washer to come on do the wipers make a pass?

Ok, so I tried the tapping thing and cleaned the connections.
When I pull back, the wipers do not make a pass, but also the previous owner did some funky wiring with my car. I'm guessing that can also be related.
@clan, what is the TCU?

I'd check the wiper switch out. Sounds like the culprit.
The TCU is the timing control unit, its a white box behind the driver side kick panel.

If you think its wire issue take a look at the fsm and follow the wire digram it will take you a littel bit but you will know the in and out of the system...I did and it helps>>>>>
