Hey everbody, I've searched this and other threads and can't find a solid answer.

I recently bought a 93 coupe hud with a sr20det black top swap with 300 miles on the rebuild, 190 miles when I bought it.

I want to change the oil and don't know whether to go regular or synthetic for the break in process. I read that using syn during break in isn't good?

Also what weight and brand oil do would oyu guys use?

Any help would be much appreciated, Thanks.

Run regular oil...I'd run 10-40W till atleast 1k miles.
